1. Programming Knowledge Required
Support is only available to users with basic knowledge of configs and FiveM resources.
We don’t provide beginner-level help — you must understand how to install and configure scripts.
2. Fully Tested Scripts
All resources are tested across several servers before release.
Most issues are caused by incorrect setup or user modifications, not script bugs.
3. Respect Our Time
We respond as quickly as possible, but we ask for patience and respect.
Toxic or demanding behavior delays or blocks support.
4. No Refunds
Purchases are for digital licenses, and as per Tebex Terms of Service, refunds are not allowed:
Tebex and CFX Refund Policy
Once delivered, items are permanent.
If you're banned from a platform (e.g. CFX), access is lost.
Virtual items have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for money.
“I don't like it” or “I expected something else” are not valid reasons.
5. No Script Exchanges
CFX and Tebex removed the ability to revoke scripts.
This means we cannot swap one script for another.
Please make sure to check showcases, documentation and configuration options before purchasing.
6. Read Before Opening a Ticket
Most issues are already resolved in the following files:
– config.lua
– README.md
– Full documentation included with the resource
Please review them before opening a support ticket.
7. Respect Is Required
We are here to help — but only with mutual respect.
Toxicity, spam, or defamation will result in loss of access to support.
8. Transfers = No Support
If you transfer your script to another account, we cannot recover it.
We are not responsible for third-party transfers.
9. Reselling Is Forbidden
You are not allowed to resell, redistribute or share our products.
Violations will result in a permanent ban and removal of access to all products.
